For those wondering the choices in Hells Kitchen for shortbread are limited no bakeries had any fresh baked apparently they were not aware of what an important day it was so I had to hit up Food Emporium !!!!
They had a good selection of Walkers, some from a Brooklyn Bakery called Two Moon and Dancing Deer which did not make it off the shelf, seriously cinnamon in shortbread - just wrong!
Not sure my office mates are all that happy with my new resolution and it sure doesn't go hand in hand with my weight watchers plan but I will solider on .......
